A Master Vehicle Technician is needed to join Endeavour Automotive, one of the UKs fastest-growing dealer groups, representing prestigious brands including Volvo, Hyundai, Polestar, INEOS, LEVC, and Lotus. Based at our Volvo showroom in Chiswick, this role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated technician with a passion for the automotive industry, looking to showcase their expertise and lead by example.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join our team.
As a Master Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of issues, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, and electronic systems. You will also provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring all work meets the highest standards and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Requirements: We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated Master Vehicle Technician with a CV that showcases:
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within the automotive industry.Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 certification (or equivalent).
Technical Skills: Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities, with hybrid/electric vehicle certification being a plus.
Leadership Abilities: The capability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills to explain repairs and issues clearly to customers.
Innovation: A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving personal and team goals.
