Role DetailsInitial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension
Full time - 37 hours per week
Core Res
On a day to day basis, this role will involve: Minute taking
Email managementSetting up meetings and managing attendees
Requesting reports and distributing accordingly
Updating spreadsheet trackers and tracker enhancement
RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced administrator with a confident and professional communication style. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of Office 365, specifically Excel, and will be comfortable taking notes. Due to this role being within Social Services, we need an individual who is familiar with GDPR and confidentiality and happy to work with sensitive information.
