About the Training Academy
The training academy selects a limited number of outstanding individuals who are ready to take on a new challenge in financial services. No previous experience in mortgage advice is required. Through expert-led training and hands-on support, you’ll gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed.This is a unique opportunity to launch a long-term career and become a valued member of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand financial needs and objectives
