Staff Nurse - Heathfield House | Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust
We offer a comprehensive preceptorship packages to newly qualified nurses to support you in starting your nursing career as well as other mandatory and none mandatory courses to support and enhance your development and clinical skills. The successful applicant will be expected to work day and night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
You will be an integral part of the team providing direct care to patients with a variety of mental health problemsTo act as the named nurse with responsibility for the overall care of an identified group of clients
To regularly act as shift co-ordinator ensuring the smooth running of the clinical area and best utilisation of resources available, with support from senior staff
You will be involved in provide a high level of safe and effective careBe responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures and guidelines
Liaise with the multidisciplinary team
Provide mentorship to others
