Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities
As Head of Finance you will be responsible for the following:
- Cost Management: Lead initiatives to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the organisation. Develop and execute strategies to optimise expenditure and enhance financial efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee and refine the financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Implement best practices for reporting and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Partner with senior leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Team Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
As Head of Finance you will be required to have the following experience:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a degree in accountancy, economics or related field etc.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role with a strong track record in cost management and financial process improvement.
- Excellent understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving organisational change.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Advanced analytical skills and a strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Competitive Salary: base salary of up to £85,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
