Sales Director - Hertford

Proven track record of selling consumer goods globallyExperience in dealing with supermarkets and mass market general retailersExperienced in restructuring sales teams and account handlingCan demonstrate examples of achieving sales growth in new territoriesProvide examples of successful negotiation with senior personnel with volume retailersExperience in integrating the sales account management and sales admin teams.Provide analysis of the UK retail market in previous rolesHave extensive people skills with ability to influence and motivate at all levelsWill have excellent presentation skills with ability to handle and evaluate dataExperience in dealing with product development teams & supply chainFull understanding of the underlying business cost structure and ability to build pricing models to achieve profit growthEnjoy a hands-on approach with product and customersEstablish the marketing budget, define KPIs and report to fellow senior management on progress and ROIDrive brand awareness through PR, social media and oversight of the company websitePartner with product development team to conceive, develop, and deploy value-adding product featuresSelf-starter, organised and motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritiseExcellent communication skillsProven experience and success across all disciplines of marketingDemonstrable experience of re-positioning a company in a competitive market, winning market share and driving bottom line profitabilityGood eye for design and creative assets
