JOB TITLE: Account ManagerCOMPANY: Engineering
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
START: ASAPSALARY: £30,000pa + generous commission and bonuses!
LOCATION: Bournemouth, Hurn

The role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Grow and nurture leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute on account plans.
- Arranging meetings and calls with clients (occasionally requiring out of hours calls depending on client's time zone)
- Setting up and handing over leads to the BDM
- Monitoring communications and follow-ups including Projects in bid phase
- Helping prepare bids
- Liaising with Marketing Department to publicise work previously undertake
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in account management or business development.
- Strong track record of successfully retaining and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiating abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
