Role Overview:
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will work closely with a Senior Associate and the Director to handle complex, high-value clinical negligence claims.
Additionally, you will manage a caseload of approximately 40 lower-complexity cases, covering all aspects of clinical negligence law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside senior colleagues on complex, high-value clinical negligence cases
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 lower-complexity clinical negligence claims covering a variety of case types
- Take ownership of all aspects of a clinical negligence claim, including initial case planning, investigation, evidence gathering, pre-action protocol, issuing proceedings and litigation up to trial
- Receive ongoing supervision, support and training from experienced colleagues
Your Profile:
- Qualified Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals with experience of running their own files
- Experience in either Claimant or Defendant Clinical Negligence work is welcome
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality legal services
