My client is an established, successful, and privately owned company leading the market in the design, development, and stocking of premium quality team and sportswear apparel. They're now looking for an Internal Outbound Sales Executive to join their dynamic team at their purpose-built site in Altrincham.As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding their client base while working alongside a passionate and supportive team.
What will you be doing as an Internal Outbound Sales Executive?- Reach out to new and lapsed accounts, building and nurturing relationships.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound campaigns (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted emails).
- Educate prospects on the value of the companys products.
- Update the CRM system daily, recording all meetings and customer details.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- Work toward meeting set sales targets.
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated by in-house online marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to sales projects for new products and incentives.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a busy sales-oriented role or a similar environment.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
- A professional, self-motivated, and organized approach.
- A passion for customer service, providing a great customer experience rather than using a hard sales approach.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
