A Senior Software Engineer with low level coding expertise, an exceptional academic record and the ability to interact with customers, will become part of a small Technical Consultancy, solving bespoke problems for a wide range of industries.
The successful Senior Embedded Software Engineer will possess a minimum of a First Class Masters Degree (PhD great to see) as well as excellent A level grades (to include Maths and Physics). You will be a strong verbal communicator and possess good presentation skills; have 3 + years real world software development experience and have the ability to solve complex challenges.
As you will be working on a wide range of projects, you should be adaptable and creative; but must bring expertise in software programming languages (C/C++, Java) and will be familiar with using Linux Systems.
Any exposure to Image Processing Algorithms, Signal Processing and GUI Development would be great to see.
Due to the nature of some projects UK Security Clearance will be required, therefore only applicants with a British Passport can be considered.
