Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager - Oldham

£40,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Benefits

With a circa 70% bias towards Warehouse, you'll manage a small team and be responsible for ensuring day to day KPI's are achieved. As part of the Supply Chain aspects you'll be responsible for supplier management and resolving any supply chain bottlenecks.

• Overseeing the daily picking, packing, and transportation of distribution orders.
• Ensuring orders meet delivery schedules in both quantity and quality.
• Supplier management - build relationships with suppliers and improve performance through scorecards, regular communication, reviews etc
• Maintaining accurate stock records using Sage 200.
• Keep the warehouse organised and compliant with Health and Safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff.
• Maintain clear communication with production departments and the sales office.

• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Experience with Sage 200 is essential.
• A background in Engineering or Fabrication environments would be ideal, as would previous history working for SME businesses.
• Supplier management and proven record of resolving bottlenecks.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
