We are looking for a Booking Clerks/Receptionists to join our service based at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Wonford.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Booking Clerk/Receptionist to join the Cardiology Department. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy and vibrant team, is able to prioritise their workload, and who can remain calm under pressure.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in dealing with service users on the telephone. You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent IT skills. You will need to enjoy the challenge of working as part of a busy team yet have the ability to use your own initiative to meet the changing needs of the department and the Cardiology Service.
Working Pattern: 25.5 hours per week, hours and working days to be discussed with the successful candidate.
