About Our Client

Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team needs additional support.

• Process and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track outstanding payments to ensure prompt collections.
• Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment-related queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain detailed and organised records of all transactions.
• Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly reports for management.
• Support the wider accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Accounts Receivable position, you must be able to do most, if not all, of the above.
