Job Description
As a Legal Customer Service Advisor you will have your own caseload of clients and will be processing their remortgage transaction.
You will be forefront of the business for client enquiries chasing up documentation required for the file and will be working closely with banks and other third parties providing support and guidance.
The role will be fast paced lots of autonomy in the role and will be ensuring each client is provided the highest level of service at all times!
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
Thrive and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships
Good attention to detail and able to prioritise a high workload
An excellent team player
