Director of Sales - Oxford
As Sales Director of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will be responsible for leading, delivering and managing the sales strategy of the hotel. This role requires a strong background in Sales, a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities Include- Lead and manage the sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments and outside property sales teams to ensure alignment and maximise sales potential
- Stay up to date with key industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data
- Flexibility to travel as required
