Our IT Function within Klarent Head Office have an exciting new opportunity for a hands-on IT Professional to join our dynamic team in the role of Service Delivery Manager with a strong focus on compliance and governance.
The Person:
- Have extensive experience within IT based roles inclusive of IT Service Delivery Roles
- Have previous experience in project management and the monitoring of this in addition to support management inclusive of SLAs, escalation and trend analysis.
- Have a strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices such as ITIL in addition to a strong focus on compliance and governance
- Is an analytical thinker with the ability to make informed decisions and find creative solutions to complex problems
- Is comfortable to work in collaboration with others in their team and/or other functions however can also work autonomously and is committed to seeing through from start to finish
- Qualifications
- PM skills – Prince 2, PMP
- Hospitality experience preferred
- PMS
- POS
- Telecoms
- Data networks
- Office 365 Administration
- Sharepoint Administration
The Role:
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to internal team members at all levels, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs whilst reviewing and implementing policies and procedures related to IT service delivery and compliance.
- Ensure that all IT services are compliant with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, such as GDPR, latest PCI Standards, and that appropriate controls are in place to manage risk.
- Manage the relationship with third-party suppliers, ensuring that their services are delivered to a high standard and that they are aligned with our compliance and governance requirements.
- Project Management of IT Services within any agreed projects.
- Lead incident coordination and guide the team in case of any IT incidents.
