Job Summary:

Are you an experienced Environmental Health Officer or Health & Safety professional looking for a change of pace? The LSP Compliance Group, a dynamic Environmental Health Business Partnership, is looking for a dedicated individuals to join our team.

About the Role: We are expanding due to a new client and are seeking a professional to take on a role heavily focused on:

  • Health & Safety documentation writing
  • Policy review and development
  • Conducting audits
  • Providing expert advice and guidance

For candidates with a background as an Environmental Health Officer (EHO), there will also be opportunities to engage in Food Safety work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and maintain H&S policies and documentation for our client.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits across various sites.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on H&S and Food Safety matters.
  • Travel across Scotland to various client locations (all travel expenses covered by the company).
  • Maintain the standards that our Clients expect for The LSP Compliance Group.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Environmental Health accredited by the Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland (REHIS) or Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
  • Hold a NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety Legislation is essential.

Pay: £20,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
