Variety of shifts: 5 days out of 7 per week8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm / 11am – 8pm (weekend availability required)
£12.71 per hourTemporary ongoing, with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks

Duties:
- Handling inbound customer calls relating to delivery queries
- Navigating internal systems to track orders and update customer information
- Liaising with drivers and internal teams to schedule deliveries and confirm arrivals
- Booking deliveries with customers
- Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Updating and maintaining the database with customer details and query progress
- Developing an understanding of the delivery process to support query resolution
The Candidate:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic MS Office skills (Word and Email)
- Comfortable working in a phone-based role
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
