Our client is a well-established company looking for a Handyperson/Maintenance Operative to join their team. This role will be based across
various sites, carrying out a range of general building repairs and maintenancetasks.
Your new role
As a Maintenance Operative you will be responsible
for:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across
- Completing general building tasks, including
- Assisting with facilities support, such as furniture
- Responding to out-of-hours alarm activations when
- Ensuring all work follows health and safety
- Working independently or as part of a team to
- Recording all work completed in the internal PMR
system.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A broad range of maintenance and repair skills.
- The ability to work indoor and outdoor in varying
- Basic IT skills (training on in-house systems will
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different
- Strong teamworking and communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.

- Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm Friday 7am-3.30pm
