Our client is a well-established company looking for a Handyperson/Maintenance Operative to join their team. This role will be based across

tasks.

Your new role

As a Maintenance Operative you will be responsible

for:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across

• Completing general building tasks, including

• Assisting with facilities support, such as furniture

• Responding to out-of-hours alarm activations when

• Ensuring all work follows health and safety

• Working independently or as part of a team to

• Recording all work completed in the internal PMR

system.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A broad range of maintenance and repair skills.
• The ability to work indoor and outdoor in varying

• Basic IT skills (training on in-house systems will

• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different

• Strong teamworking and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
