The role is split between warehouse work and van driving, dependent on the day’s workload. You will join an existing Ops team of 4 warehouse staff and 2 drivers. The Warehouse duties are mainly order picking and forklift driving, and as a Van Driver you are a key representative of the Company and crucial to fulfilling our customers’ orders.
It's an active job so requires reasonable physical fitness. We operate with standard counterbalance trucks and also Flexi in the high bay racking, so forklift experience is a must. A full UK driving licence is required.The right candidate will have a good track record of consistency and attention to detail, someone who appreciates the need to be careful and accurate, and who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and enjoys working to a high standard with like-minded individuals.
We only succeed if our customers succeed, so as picking the customers’ orders and ensuring they are safely delivered to the right destination you will be helping our Customers and the Company succeed together.Good communication skills are helpful but if English is not your first language don't let that hold you back, this may not stop us from offering you this job if you are the right candidate.
