You will be responsible for providing visible leadership to the nursing and care team to ensure excellent standard of care for all patients throughout the centre. We are looking for someone with proven experience of leadership in a hospital who can ensure systems and processes are in place to guarantee everyone is being treated to the correct standard during their day-to-day care.Duties and Responsibilities include:
