Our wheelchair-accessible facility includes a lift, training kitchen, community garden, plus four transitional bedsits for those ready to take a step into more independent living.Situated adjacent to Bedford Park, Park House provides residents with easy access to the lush surroundings and recreational opportunities.
Our location near the town centre ensures convenient access to local amenities, occupational and educational resources, as well as a plethora of social and leisure activities.We specialise in post-acute rehabilitation and manage long-term neurological conditions, emphasising therapy, care, and quality of life.

Our commitment is to create a safe, happy, and empowering environment for every individual we support, enabling them to live their best life possible.If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a rewarding role, we want to hear from you!What youll be working:Our standard working hours for this role are15 hours per week, to be worked over 2 or 3 days that include Monday and Tuesday.However,we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, andwe willdo our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.What youll be doing:Complete assessment and clinical formulation of patients presentation and treatment needsProvide evidence based individual and group treatment programmes to address or reduce the negative impact of the patients presentation, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary working to achieve the best outcomesEvaluate the effectiveness of individual and group treatment programmesDirect and support others to carry out evidence-based psychological interventionsTake personal responsibility for ensuring that appropriate security procedures are always adhered to and that risks are continuously assessed and managedMaintain CPD of an HCPC Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist and to ensure competence in relation to the administration and scoring to psychological assessments and risk assessmentsDevelop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carersKeeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rightsWhat youll have:HCPC registrationHave been fully qualified for at least two yearsExperience or an evident and demonstrable interest in neuropsychology and/or behavioural interventionsSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBSWe also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
