Team Assistant / PA St Paul's / Farringdon based (City of London)5 days in the office 9am – 6:00pm£23 p/h- £26p/h A leading Investment bank searching for a highly motivated Team Secretary PA with a minimum 3 years’ experience and ideally 2+ years Banking experience to support all levels from Partner MD VP to Analyst.
What you'll do Effectively manage a high volume of phone calls. Place, receive, screen and route calls as needed. Take detailed and accurate messages. Coordinate meetings and conference calls, maintain banker contacts. Effectively manage high volume of banker calendars.
Coordinate travel including flights, multi leg international travel, visa applications, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances and prepare itineraries. Process travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurately; ensures compliance with expense guidelines.
Interact with colleagues in a professional and effective manner. Perform general tasks including, but not limited to, copying, archiving, filing. Foster a team-oriented environment providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group.
Other ad hoc projects and duties as requested. Perform general tasks including, but not limited to, faxing, copying, archiving, filing. Who you are Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and by email. High attention to detail and strong technical skills.
Good judgment, independent thinker and resourceful. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Good knowledge of general business and corporate cultures, team player. Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
