We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Supervisor to help put the sparkle into secondary spends. At Shrek's Adventure! London, this means we give our guests everything they need to create and share their favourite kind of fun with memorable products, exciting store layouts, tasty treats, and spellbinding photo concepts all to increase their spending and dwell time.
As a Logistics Supervisor you are the backbone of the Shrek's Adventure! London commercial department, ensuring our guests have access to those special items that put the cherry on top of a world class experience. You will ensure stock replenishment, movement, booking and quality is managed on a daily basis while supporting the commercial team to deliver Guest Obsession through everything they do.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Accepting and distributing deliveries.
- Liaising with suppliers to book stock in and raise any stock or delivery issues.
- Ensuring colleagues are supported whilst meeting departmental needs by attending work, being ready to start on time and demonstrating a willingness to go that extra mile.
- Ensuring conduct is in line with the attraction’s training procedures, ensuring the safety of colleagues and guests is always prioritised.
This is a 6 month fixed term position where you will be working on a 5 days out of 7 roster basis. Shrek's Adventure! London is open daily and so we do require a flexible attitude towards working hours as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have plenty of logistics/warehouse experience, with proven experience in leading a team
- Are able to develop and nurture relationships with wider team members
- Enjoy working as part of a wider attraction team
- Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Are an excellent communicator with the drive and motivation to ensure commercial success at every opportunity
- Must be 18 years and above due to the nature of the role.
Please be aware that this role is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift, carry and move boxes.
