Outdoor Education Support
The children you would be supporting have complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The school is devoted to providing a curriculum focusing on making, doing and creating and taking part in meaningful activities that engage hand, head and heart.
To be successful within the role, we are looking for staff who have a creative, influential impact on the children. Many of the children at the school have experienced trauma and so may exhibit challenging behaviour. You will need to be empathetic, understanding and able to be confident in de-escalation tactics.
