Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Derbyshire
Pay Rate: £24.36 per hour, Umbrella PAYE
About the Role:Our client is seeking a versatile and skilled Mechanical Engineer for a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This role is based on a massive site that operates 24/7, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical maintenance tasks, including reactive repairs.
- Handle a variety of systems, not strictly limited to mechanical systems.
- Be prepared to fix issues such as plumbing and toilet repairs.
- Opportunity to go on call and pick up extra hours after some time.
Qualifications:
- Multi-skilled Engineers:
- Mechanical Background:
- Electrical Background:
18th Edition certification.
Full apprenticeship.Test and inspect qualifications.
Hands-on mechanical experience / skills.
- Adaptability:
Must be able to handle a variety of tasks, including mechanical maintenance and reactive repairs.
