Support Site Supervisor

We are currently looking to appoint a Support Site Supervisor who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school’s site management, supporting the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the school premises.The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily site operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school premises.
- Supporting the Site Manager in coordinating staff and contractors for planned maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the site, monitoring access and helping to maintain a safe learning environment.
- Assisting with the coordination of health and safety compliance across the school, ensuring that all necessary checks and procedures are followed.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in site management or facilities support, preferably within an educational setting.
- Is highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Can work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Holds a relevant qualification or has experience in health and safety management.
