MASH Assistant Team Manager - Up to £56,402 - Hybrid
NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the Berkshire area, who are looking for an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join their MASH team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within busy MASH or Screening teams, ideally whilst holding management responsibilities.
This local authority is offering fantastic training & development opportunities, allowing you the chance to progress your social work career even further, which will ultimately increase your overall work satisfaction.
This is a non case-holding position, meaning you will be able to carry out your work without the need for visits or any long term holding of cases, having less pressure on yourself & ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.
Responsibilities of this position include;- Motivating team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Deputising for the Team Manager.
- Assisting in the delegation of workloads.
- Undertake supervision of social workers on the team.

Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience working in MASH / Screening, ideally with holding management responsibilities.
