Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in both the academic and personal development of students, particularly those with SEN.
Your responsibilities will include:- Providing tailored support to students with SEN, both within mainstream classes and in specialised settings.
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Offering one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
- Contributing to the planning and organisation of school events, trips, and extracurricular activities.
This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about inclusive education, patient, and dedicated to helping all students succeed. While experience in a similar role or working with SEN students is an advantage, full training and support will be provided.
