Working with one of my key clients they have instructed me to recruit for them an experienced administrator to support their external sales team as well as working with the service department.
This is a brand new role so a huge opportunity to really make a mark in this position!
Your principle responsibility will be to follow up quotations sent by the technical sales team and ensure that customers are satisfied with the proposal.
Some of your other key duties will be:
- Creation of service quotation renewals
- Carry out follow up process on all quotations provided by sales team.
- Pro-actively maintain existing business, ensuring customer’s requirements and expectations are met, if not exceeded in all areas.
- Working intensely on SAP
- Daily completion of CRM activities, including a record of data relevant to customer interaction, projects, orders, etc.
- Supplier quotation requests / quote generation to support the Technical Sales Team
- Quote follow ups
This is just a small sample of your duties in this very varied role.
My client is looking for an experienced administrator who has supported a sales team in the past. Ideally you must have used SAP or similar crm system.- Supporting customers with development of large scale/value projects
- Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
- SAP CRM and quoting systems (or similar)
- End user point of sales experience
