Your new opportunity
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join our reputable adult support living services in Cowdenbeath, Fife. The service is set within a row of 6 cottages providing support to people who have complex needs such as physical and mental health support.
As Project Manager you will lead and manage the service, working with staff to ensure the people we support receive a high standard care and service provision is delivered to people who enjoy visiting the service time and time again. You will play a key part in maintaining staffing levels and working with internal and external stakeholders.
Working pattern: This is a full time, permanent contract working 37 hours per week 5 days over 7. In addition, there will be possible on-call duties on a rotational basis.
What you will need to succeed/bring to the role- A qualification in social care management, community learning and development, social work, education or equivalent.
- Experience of staff management and supervision, along with the ability to lead, motivate and develop the staff team.
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Experience of effective partnership working
- A working knowledge of the relevant legislation.
- Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes.
- Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
- Good IT & communication skills
- Driving licence is essential.
