The role:
Senior case handling role defending EL and PL, and professional indemnity claimsVery interesting caseload where cases are complex, high value and can include red flag claims
Working with a range of clients in the social welfare and care arena
The ideal candidate:
You must be an experienced Claims Handler from a legal or insurance background with exposure to EL and PL claims You will come from a defendant background with detailed knowledge of policy wordings and their application for EL and PL casesPrevious care claims experience advantageous but not essential
You will be a confident communicator, a team player and demonstrate excellent client care skillsYou must have strong attention to detail with an excellent ability to prioritise and organise your workload efficiently
