For the successful Assistant Production Manager our client is offering:
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000
- Monday to Friday 0700 - 1600
- Permanent
- Benefits: On-Site Parking, Company Pension, Holidays + Bank Holidays
The role - Assistant Production Manager:
- Assist in developing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand efficiently
- Oversee production operations to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Ensure that production equipment is maintained and in good working order
- Respond to and investigate any workplace accidents or incidents
- Regularly review safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among the production staff
- At least 2 years of experience in chilled/frozen food environments - ESSENTIAL
- Mandarin Language - ESSENTIAL
- IOSH - DESIREABLE
- Production Management Experience - DESIRABLE
