Data Business Analyst

You'll be responsible for analysing data sources and structures to help advise the design of these products and solutions. In this role you'll work in a hybrid way - splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

• Support colleagues in designing and implementing our end-to-end data products
• Analyse data sources, structures, and uses to help advise the design of data products and solutions
• Own the discovery of backlog items and prepare them for delivery
• Build positive relationships with internal and external partners; making sure that expectations are in line with the relevant roadmap(s)
• Facilitate workshops and attend daily stand-ups and project meetings
• Develop an understanding of business needs, and the appropriate digital technology and data solutions required to meet these

• Significant experience working as a Business Analyst within a technology environment
• Experience working in an agile environment
• An understanding of data architecture and data technologies (including business intelligence technologies and concepts)
• Good communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language for a non-technical audience
• The ability to facilitate system and/or service design
