Job Description
As a Property Customer Service Advisor you will be assisting the department and cases for clients who are moving property.
You will be handing calls from the client and third parties to progress the case and chase up documentation and information required for the process.
The role will be very fast paced ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and a high standard of client care is provided!
The Successful Applicant
No direct experience required the business would love to hear from candidates who have worked within hospitality and retail and will look at transferable skills!
Exceptional customer service and thrive from working within a busy environment
Good organisation skills and able to prioritise high volumes of work
Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships
An excellent team player
