We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to residents in the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of individuals in need.

• great rates of pay starting at £12.22 per hour increasing to £13.26 for evenings, weekend and bank holidays

• Assist clients with daily living activities in a caring and respectful manner
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Support the implementation of care plans under the guidance of senior staff
• Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, medication and toileting
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

• Experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
• Ability to work as a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the healthcare field
