Workforce are currently recruiting for a busy logistic company based in Worcester.

**Warehouse Operative**

**Pay:** £11.44ph

**Hours:** Shift Start Times 7am; 8am; 9am; 11am or 1pm (8h-10h shift)

**Days:** Monday-Friday and Sunday

**Duties: ** - Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments

• Stock inventory in designated areas
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and locate items
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
