A Companion/Support Assistant is required for 4 flexible hours per week to accompany a 27 year old gentleman with his interests, such as going for a coffee, cinema, gym or to go for a walk. The gentleman is visually impaired and is high-functioning autistic so he is always on the go!
The 4 hours can be on Monday or Thursday afternoons or at the weekend. A car owner is essential for this position.
The gentleman has a guide dog so the companion/support must like dogs, have no allergies and welcomes the guide dog into their vehicle.
The rate of pay is £12.10 per hour + a mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
A DBS is required
