Compliance Officer

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for Hyrbid HR and Compliance Officer for one of our clients based in North Derbyshire.

Successful candidates must have experience in a regulated environment, such as education or care, particularly working under CQC or Ofsted standards.

12 Month Fixed Term Contract with the view to go Permanent.

2 Days in the Office and 3 from Home.

£25,000 per annum.

The client are rapidly growing and experiencing successful, continued growth across all areas within the business. This is a key role for the business and requires someone who can hit the ground running, someone who has really understands the importance of compliance and someone with a strong attention to detail.

Day to day duties of a compliance officer :

• Administrative tasks supporting all onboarding, HR and Recruitment
• Support the Compliance Manager when meeting new starters
• Enhanced DBS Checks
• Reference checks - chasing where required
• Completing all compliance for new starters
• System updates and reporting
• Day to day HR/Recruitment support

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in HR, Recruitment or Compliance and excellent administration skills - who is looking to gain more skills in this particular area and really manage a project of their own.
