  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Develop cost-saving initiatives for procurement processes.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team.
  • Participate in auditing and budgeting exercises.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

  • Experience with transformation
  • Proven experience in a procurement role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement software and tools.
  • A keen understanding of market dynamics and sound judgement.
