In this role, you will champion a culture of compassion and respect, ensuring every resident is treated as an individual. You will take responsibility for the delivery of exceptional clinical care, providing specialist nursing advice, supervising and coaching colleagues, and leading the home in the Manager’s absence.Safeguarding is a key priority, so you will be confident in recognising, reporting, and escalating any concerns to maintain the highest standards of resident safety and wellbeing.
