New Build Conveyancer – Central Birmingham

Our client is seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer/Solicitor to join its dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to further their career within a well-established and forward-thinking law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of new build property matters from instruction to completion, including sales and purchases, equity transfers, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Achieving fee income targets in line with business objectives

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or possesses significant experience managing their own caseload independently
Is highly organised and process-driven, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
Demonstrates commercial awareness and an understanding of how business targets impact the firm
Has a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of client care
Is proficient in IT, with experience using web-based case management systems
