and enhance our online customer experience. Reporting to the E-Commerce
Analytics Manager, you will support the product and UX teams by analysing the
app and website performance to inform new opportunities for AB testing, build
and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights, and assist with
trading activities, including evaluating campaign performance.
**Success in this role looks like:**- A strong mathematical and background, demonstrated through a degree or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting, and graph creation.
- Proven ability to create and maintain dashboards.
- Experience with SQL or BigQuery programming.
- Familiarity with AB testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is advantageous
- A high ability to multi-task and handle different priorities and deadlines.
