Community Support Worker - Home Treatment Team
The must haves for you to be considered for this role: Have experience of supporting older adults with mental health needs including dementia. Be able to work shifts -a combination of 9-5pm or 11-7pm, including one weekend 9-3pm once a month Be a team player, demonstrating you are highly motived and compassionate Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes, including carrying patients and carers as passengers For further information about the role, please see attached job description and person specification.
