Unqualified Secondary Teacher - Crewe
A highly reputable Multi Academy Trust seeks an enthusiastic and adaptable Unqualified Secondary Teacher (Cover Supervisor) to join the team at a thriving secondary school in Ellesmere Port. This flexible role offers a minimum of three full days per week on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment in the absence of regular teaching staff. You’ll play a vital role in supporting students’ progress and maintaining classroom discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans effectively.
- Supervising students and ensuring classroom order.
- Providing support and feedback as required.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to cover a range of subjects.
- Experience working with secondary school students is preferred.
- A passion for education and student development.
No formal teaching qualification is required, but prior experience in an educational or supervisory role is advantageous.
