The HR Assistant (Scale 5) position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to build a career in human resources. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork completion.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database and ensure data accuracy.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Support the HR team in implementing and managing employee engagement initiatives.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Hours Per Week : 35.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Rate: £121.35
