In this role, you will provide immediate, temporary support to our client's team with administrative tasks. Your expertise in IT skills including CRM's, websites, and call management will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and extraordinary customer service.You will be empathetic yet professional with ability to deal with sensitive topics. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries
- Utilise your IT skills to manage CRM's and websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for members
- Collaborate closely with the team to prioritise tasks, resolve issues promptly, and deliver outstanding service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and organising documents
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills, particularly in CRM's and websites, to efficiently manage customer information and provide support
- Exceptional communication skills to handle calls professionally and courteously, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries
- Organisational skills and attention to detail, allowing you to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
