Here at Transforming Support, we have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our established team in London!
Earn up to £75k OTE while making a significant impact in the lives of those we support.

- Full time, permanent
- Base 50,000k – 60,000k, OTE up to £12,500 - £15,000 (3 months salary) = £62,500 - £75,000

The Role
In this role, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency in day-to-day accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue streams, invoicing, and accrued revenue postings
- Report and analyse debtor accounting
- Maintain expenditure records and code invoices accurately
- Ensure timely payments according to company policy
- Post payments and receipts, organise and file invoices
- Prepare and post journals, supporting month-end tasks
- Conduct account reconciliations and complete bank reconciliations
- Assist with cash flow management and handle ad hoc financial tasks

The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-orientated individual with a passion for finance.
About you:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Advanced-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with a pragmatic approach
- Strong verbal communication skills at all levels
- A self-motivated, problem-solver with a passion for tackling complex issues
- Comfortable with ambiguity and offering innovative solutions
- Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills
- A natural challenger of the status quo, always seeking ways to improve
