The Opportunity…

In partnership with TSP, Althaus Digital are looking for self-motivated, driven individuals with a proven passion for IT Cyber or Infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to take the first step in your IT career in an evolving and growing industry via some initial training.

IT Infrastructure plus Cyber Specialism

Savvy enough to want to work in Cyber or as an Infrastructure specialist, but lacking relevant work experience? Our IT Infrastructure + Cyber specialism Skills training is tailored made for you. This initial training will give you the foundational knowledge you need for this opportunity with TSP.

By equipping you with the skills and knowledge you’ll need for this opportunity, we add icing to the cake by baking in additional Cyber content. Designed as a springboard for your future career with TSP, you’ll benefit from live online sessions delivered by our team of expert trainers.

As the programme unfolds, we’ll start preparing you for interview stage and give you all the necessary skills you need for the interview off the back off what you have learnt from the course.

The Role…

You will be part of a warm, friendly, and forward-thinking team responsible for supporting with all things IT Infrastructure plus Cyber Specialism. No day will be the same in what is a fast-paced, exciting new role, with the successful candidates naturally striving to provide great customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.

You will be meticulous and patient in your approach; keen to live and breathe company values, and with the ambition and drive to grow and develop.

The typical roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Technical - troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software issues.
  • Manage Helpdesk - ensure help desk tickets are logged, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • User Management - administer applications for user accounts.
  • Web - assist customers with technical web-related queries.
  • Types of malware and attacks, password security, Infrastructure (securing networks and hardware/ securing software) , cryptography , security vulnerabilities.
