Customer outreach analyst / Call centre advisor

Robert Half are recruiting multiple Customer outreach analysts to work on a high-profile KYC/CDD programme for a large FS client.

The office is based in Newcastle with a hybrid working model in place which enables remote working.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in roles such as call centre advisor, case handler, complaint handler or high-level customer service.

• Contacting corporate clients for KYC data.
• Confident in following process and tracking progress.
• Confident reaching out to clients via phone and written channels.
• Customer service experience in a call centre environment
• Ideally degree educated.
• KYC/AML experience would be advantageous but not necessary.
• Ability to work and excel in a target driven environment.
• Experience in working as part of a team or individually.
• Highly motivated and results orientated.
